Hijab (Viel) is the basic need of muslim women in islamic or un islamic society as in Quranic ordinance. According to Quran and sunnah Muslim womens may do Hijab with outer persons which are not in their family but if a person is un educated and not know about islam and he request to learn islamic education, with women  then a women hv a right to teach him islamic education but remian in viel (Hijab). Becoz an educated women is thousands time better than an educated man, that is why she give education to her entire family. In this regard viel is necessary for women but also necessary that muslim women role is to propogate islam in un educated society i.e her sorrounding area.
