I say ...Hejab as the Arabic term infers, does not necessarily mean the covering of the head, but refers to the wearing of moderate clothing in order to provide a woman with dignity and a standard of her own. What is 'negligent' and 'inordinant' of Muslims, specifically Muslim women in this sense, is their immediate association of 'hejab' with the covering of the head yet wear tight jeans and clothing. Such is not the conduct of 'Hejab' or decent dresscode. When we speak of 'Hejab' we refer to the moderate enclothing of the flesh, not just the head of a woman.
I do hope such notions are endorsed by many fellow Muslim women in the near future.
