Abstract: Women have a significant role in forming the future of a nation in the fields of education, construction and development. Presently, the issue of women’s rights is extremely a hot issue in some countries where some blame Islam for ignoring the rights they call for. The writer tries to clarify the real status of women in Islam after presenting their status in certain nations that consider theirselves the perfect model of civilization whereas women there have gone astray. He asserted that the only law that notably acknowledged women is Islam.
